It all started when...
Stacy Linn, the artist behind Sit Set Goods, started exploring the wilderness around Oregon while she was a student at the University of Oregon. She fell in love with all the wild flowers & wildlife in the Cascades, and started picking up her pencils & paint brush to document them. After 4 years in Eugene, OR and a master's degree in architecture, she moved to Seattle, WA to start a career in graphic design and then later on in user experience. She never stopped drawing in between all the clients and jobs. In 2013, she completed a certificate program in natural science illustration from the University of Washington, and that program laid the foundation in the work you see today.
Stacy lives in Seattle with her husband Matthew (who is also a maker/builder), 2 dogs, 3 hens and thousands of bees. They are fixing up an old 1927 craftsman home, and go on lots of wilderness trips.
