We strive to provide you with excellent products and outstanding customer service.  If you have any concerns or questions, we would like to hear from you.

 

Shipping and Acceptable Forms of Payment

You will receive an email upon our receipt of your order, and again upon its shipment. Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex, and shipping charges will be added to the invoice. 

We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal for payment.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Washington. Washington state law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the merchandise, but shipping charges will not be taxed.

 

Refund Policy

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Once we receive the returned items, as well as your proof of purchase,  the charges, excluding those for shipping, will be credited to you. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
